SASKATOON - Some unused space at Saskatoon's City Hospital will go unused for a little while longer.
A 28-bed convalescence unit will not open this month as originally planned.
Sandra Blevins, vice-president of integrated health services with Saskatoon Health Region, says after looking at the needs for the new unit, they realized they didn't have enough staff to move forward.
The opening date is being pushed back to September.
