A 53-year-old Toronto man is facing impaired driving charges after blowing more than three times the legal blood-alcohol limit.
The man was stopped at the Duckworth Street exit of Highway 400 by Barrie police.
Earlier, police say a gas station operator reported being concerned about a man filling up his vehicle but the driver had already left by the time police arrived.
The Toronto man has been charged with impaired driving, driving with a blood-alcohol level over the legal limit, driving while disqualified and failing to comply with probation.
