Vancouver's most expensive homes are concentrated largely on the city's west side, with five out of the top 10 priciest properties located on a single street.
That's according to the annual round up from BC Assessment, released last week.
Chip Wilson's 30,600-square-foot home at 3085 Point Grey Road is the most valuable house in Vancouver at $54,206,000, while Belmont Avenue in Point Grey boasts the biggest cluster of visible wealth, with five of its properties making the top 10 .
