On Wednesday and Thursday, the "True Blood" actress enlightened a fan (and as a result, the world) on what it was like to pose for the cover of Vanity Fair's Young Hollywood issue back in 2003.
After a Twitter user posted the cover photo with the caption "NEVER FORGET," the 27-year-old proceeded to tweet what really went on behind-the-scenes. Turns out, she had an awful experience and admitted to feeling "like meat" despite hanging out with up-and-coming stars such as Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen, Amanda Bynes, Mandy Moore and OMG Lindsay Lohan.

However, the mom later stated that subsequent Vanity Fair photo shoots were lovely (and didn't end in tears).
Side note , I have shot the cover of "vanity fair" since and had a much different experience. It was quite lovely.

I think when you are young and inexperienced and shy you can be bullied more. I learned to say no. @rachelm97x
