A man accused of being in possession of a pellet gun at a luxury Toronto hotel appeared in court on Sunday.
Toronto police say they were called to the Hazelton Hotel at 6 a.m. on Saturday, about a man who was seen with a weapon.
A man was arrested without incident.
Andrei Radulescu, 29, is facing nine charges including mischief, possession of a firearm and carrying a concealed firearm.
On Sunday, he appeared in court, where he demanded to have his charges read out to him.
The accused is due to appear in court again on Tuesday for a bail hearing.
