A man's alleged refusal to pay a $10 bill at a Barrie bar may lead to a fraud charge, police say.
Barrie police say they were called to a Grove Street pub on Saturday night, after a man allegedly would not pay his bill.
Police say the man told his server that she could call police, but he would not pay his bill.
The server then called police, who went to the man's home.
Police say the man was "intoxicated and belligerent" and refused to speak to them.
According to a news release, police will seek a warrant for the 34-year-old man's arrest on a charge of fraud under $5,000.
