It could be a while before a verdict comes in the Dean Del Mastro Elections Act trial.
While the defense rested its case Monday, lawyers’ submissions won’t be heard until early September. A verdict is expected sometime after that, at the judge’s discretion.
The submissions will be heard over two days: Sept. 2 and 4.
The courthouse hasn’t been determined yet. It could be either in Peterborough or Lindsay.
