Rain, showers, drizzle for B.C.'s South Coast

Low-level cloud and drizzle are locked in at lower levels for the south coast Monday, thanks to a high pressure system, says CBC meteorologist Johanna Wagstaffe.

The risk of drizzle will remain in the forecast Monday afternoon but a glimpse of the sun is also not out of the question. A low pressure system will slide in early Tuesday, bringing steadier rain for the morning commute. By the afternoon the rain should taper off to showers or drizzle.

Temperatures Monday and Tuesday will remain at a mild eight degrees for Vancouver but behind Tuesday's system, they will begin to drop down to just two degrees by Thursday, along with clear skies.
