A 26-year-old man was shot in the chest last night, according to Montreal police.
Const. Raphael Bergeron of Montreal police said the shooting happened on Thursday around 8 p.m. ET at the corner of Pascal Street and Rolland Boulevard in Montreal North.
The victim, who is known to police, was discovered by a passerby in the parking lot of the Henri-Bourassa Arena.
He was taken to hospital with a pierced lung, but his life is not in danger.
The victim is not collaborating with police, and no suspects have been arrested.
