A Kelowna man has been arrested in connection with the death of his fiancée, who was found dead in the mobile home they shared.
Ryan James Quigley was arrested on Thursday morning in an alley by two officers on routine patrol, reported Global News. They spotted an SUV with Quigley, 34, inside. No charges have yet been laid.
The body of Amy Jane Parkes, 35, was discovered on Tuesday morning after she didn't show up to work, said CTV News.
The next day, the RCMP said they were looking for Quigley as a person of interest. An autopsy confirmed that Parkes was killed, but officials have not released her cause of death.

Friends told Castanet.net that the couple got engaged in April 2013 after dating for almost two years. They were planning to get married this summer but the relationship broke down, said the news outlet.
This is Kelowna's second murder of 2014.
