There is a mixed bag of weather across Vancouver today as British Columbia remains under the influence of a spinning low-pressure system off the coast, says CBC meteorologist Johanna Wagstaffe.

A few isolated showers will continue through the afternoon, but steadier light rain is moving in from the south, as it gets directed onshore by the low pressure.

Across the South Coast, look for rain to start around 8 p.m. PT tonight, and shower on through tomorrow morning.

Once again, Thursday should see some afternoon sunny breaks along with isolated showers.

A bigger system will bring a full day of rain and cooler temperatures for Friday, but it will stay mild 11 C to 13 C until then.
