EDMONTON - Investigators in Edmonton are still trying to determine the motive for a stabbing rampage at an Edmonton warehouse that killed two people and injured several others.
Staff Sgt. Bill Clark says police have a few ideas, but says it's still too soon to say.
Family and friends of the dead — who police have identified as Fitzroy Harris, 50, and Thierno Bah, 41 — say they're looking for answers as well. A friend of Bah's, Thierno Gando Bah, says the married father of four young children was the last person anyone would expect would end up in a violent situation.
A suspect was arrested Friday afternoon, just hours after the vicious attack.
Police say they expect Jayme Pasieka, 29, will be charged with two counts of first-degree murder, one of attempted murder and weapons offences.
Clark says Pasieka has been calm, polite and co-operative since his arrest, but the officer wouldn't reveal what the suspect has told investigators.
